We are really excited that the change in the location back toNew York City worked again for us this year. With the celebration of our 10th year, we are elated that we are back again where we started. Remember, New York had some problems at the beginning and then it was just too expensive for our niche hobby, but NOW we found as home, one that will service us for at least several years to come. THIS IS A MAJOR FINE, HELP US MAKE IT WORK FOR THE FUTURE. We will be in the heart of mid-town Manhattan, across from Carnegie Concert Hall, a half block to the world famous Carnegie Deli, ever a delight to those visiting New York.

Reserve your room early at the special show rate of $219 per night for Superior King rooms for both singles and doubles and $239 per night for two bed Superior rooms.These rooms are going to sell out fast, please make your reservations early, you can always cancel if the need arises, but you may not get the room rate if you wait to make them.

The entire Grand Ballroom will be utilized for this event. The spacious and well lit ballroom is a large rectangular space in the lower level of the hotel. There is a balcony on either side of the Ballroom where you can relax and unwind during the show.

The ballroom is accessible via the 55th Street entrance to the hotel, thereby avoiding the lobby and hotel reservation area. There is a stairway to the pre-function space and a completely private area for the Pen Show exhibitors and attendees.

At the end of each day the room will be locked and all its contents secure for the night. Our security staff and that of the hotel guarantees your peace of mind when leaving the premises.
