The entire Grand Ballroom will be utilized for this event. The spacious and well lit ballroom is a large rectangular space free from any interior distractions, such as pillars or alcoves. (see above)

With the entrance at the front and the exit on the right rear, the flow of traffic will be flawless and afford not only the dealers but the attendees an opportunity to be visible throughout the show. The entire hallway and pre-function space is available and there is a second, smaller ballroom should we require additional space. (diagram below)

At the end of each day the room will be locked and secured and all its contents secure for the night. Our security staff and that of the hotel guarantees your peace of mind when leaving the premises.
